Things to remember when joining a Health Club
If you decide to join Crossgates Athletic Club or any other local health Club you will need the assistance of a fitness professional. They will guide you every step of the way through nutrition, strength training, cardiovascular training, and supplementation. They will educate and empower you to reach your goal quickly and effectively. Unless you are very advanced, joining a health club is only part of the puzzle. Hiring a fitness professional will fill in the rest.
Michael Brooks - As an officer of the Louisiana State Police Department, I began my 10 week training at 206 pounds with a 23.5% body fat index. I measured 43" in the chest and 39" in the waist. My arm measurement was 13" and my leg measurement was 19". After a 10 week program with Danielle, I had reduced my weight to 180 pounds with an 18.2% body fat index. I lost 2" in my chest and about 7" in my waist. I gained 1" in my arms and 1/2" in my legs. I have felt much better physically and have had much more energy than before. I continue to workout with Danielle on a regular basis in order to reach my fitness goals.

Online Training in nationwide and available to everyone in every gym. All you need to do is fill out a health questionnaire, and Danielle will custom make a program that is best for you. The program will consist of:
Custom cardiovascular training program designed specifically for you. Receive a new workout every week or every other week.
Custom strength training program designed specifically for you. Program will include upper body, lower body, core strength training, and overall functional training. Receive a new workout every week.
Custom stretching program designed specifically for you. Workout will be new every month.
Custom supplementation program: if needed.

Unlimited questions to your certified trainer via email.
Weekly Workout log and Accountability log to track your progress.
